We visit 4 times and always we confirm in advance that the roof top will be open or not? They said rooftop will open in evening mam aap aa skte h 7 bje open ho jaega. But all the time we feel said with our guests bz they said mam roof top only parties pr open hoga. I think if the rooftop is only for parties then they have to inform when we are confirming from ’’. I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Club House Hotel (Unit of Dev Hotel), Kharar, Mohali.I booked the room online by paying approximately ’4,500, expecting a comfortable and quality stay as shown during the booking process. However, my experience was extremely disappointing.At the time of check-in, I was informed that my room had been ’upgraded,’ but the room provided was of very poor quality and did not match the standards shown online. The condition and overall quality were far below expectations.Additionally, basic amenities were not available in the room. I repeatedly called reception and housekeeping requesting simple items like slippers, but they were never provided ’ even until checkout. This reflects a serious lack of service standards.Furthermore, when I tried to order room dining service, my calls were not answered for a long time. Finally, at around 11:55 PM, my call was answered and I was informed that dinner service was closed and only plain steamed rice and yellow dal were available. This is unacceptable for a property charging premium room rates.The overall experience was extremely poor and felt like a complete waste of money. The service, hospitality, and responsiveness were far below acceptable standards.I request you to look into this matter seriously and provide a proper explanation and resolution.
