My experience at this hotel was absolutely horrible. The photos posted by the hotel and shown on Agoda are completely different from the actual condition of the property. I booked this hotel after seeing a good rating and around 62 reviews, almost 90% of which were positive. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different.The hotel was extremely dirty and unhygienic. There was no water at night, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. The bathroom was filthy—the toilet and toilet seat were not properly cleaned, the exhaust fan was not working, and there were not even basic toiletries provided.The phone inside the room was also not working. On top of all this, the staff were neither helpful nor professional in the way they communicated with us. There seemed to be absolutely no concern for guest comfort or basic hygiene.I honestly regret booking this hotel based on the photos, ratings, and reviews. After seeing the actual condition of the property, I seriously question how it has received so many positive reviews.I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
