The room was not clean and full of stains on the walls floors. Bath mat was like dirty rug full of mud. Bathroom also not clean and no toiletries and towels were provied at such high price.
The picture of rooms are from super deluxe and the are provided you standard room and giving excuses like( that is not available,that images are clicked with wide angle that why it looks like that ) it's like useless excuse.Hope this review will improve their all over things.
I stayed one day, and it was really disappointing. The room was not clean at all, with hair on the bedsheets and pillows. I even found used condom packets under the bed, which was shocking. The bathroom was dirty too, with a leaking tap and no toiletries like soap or shampoo. They didn’t allow outside food, which was a hassle since their food options were limited and not good. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful. I asked for a late checkout, but he wanted to charge me extra instead of helping. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The cleanliness and service are really bad, better to find another place.
