Stayed here recently. The hotel is hardly 5 minutes walk from the railway station. Very conveniently located. What strikes one is the friendly staff with a welcoming smile. The room was well lit and clean. In many hotels one gets dim rooms. The room also had an electric kettle. Normally one finds Lipton tea bags and Nescaf?? coffee sachets in most hotels. Here I was surprised to find flurys tea bags and Tata coffee sachets! The complimentary breakfast was really tasty and included s Indian and n Indian items and also a tasty pasta! There was a safe in the room but it was locked. This should have been taken care of by them. We tried their roof top restaurant for dinner. They seemed to have some difficulty in serving if the restaurant gets crowded. Hope they’ll take care of this. But the next time I visit Ramnad I’ll be surely staying here.

Rooms are really well maintained..we opted for the family comfort room but actually not comfortable for three adults and 2 kids-our mistake!Staff are really nice.Restaurant for dinner(kitchen) closed very early(9.40pm) though timing was supposed to be till 10.30pm but there was this extremely nice helpful staff by the name kalidasan.

Stayed here on 14th December. Had an excellent stay. The room was compact but complete, clean and comfortable in all aspects. They provide all amenities including kettle and flask in the room. The staff say that this property is 4 years old but it seems like it is much more recent. The rooms, the bathroom, the common areas and the restaurant are being maintained very well. Staff were very friendly. Parking is in an adjacent open land and can accommodate 10 to 12 cars but there is no security guard. Complimentary breakfast was good. Overall a great place to stay.

The hotel appears to be a newly built property and is extremely well maintained. The rooms and common areas were spotless, giving a very fresh and comfortable feel. The ambiance is pleasant and modern. The food served was purely vegetarian and tasted really good. Overall, a clean, calm and satisfying stay ’ definitely worth recommending.’

We checked in around 7:30 AM and checked out by 8:15 AM, and the experience was honestly disappointing.The receptionist had zero logic or flexibility. I mentioned clearly that we were not staying just needed the room to freshen up for a short time. Still, he kept repeating the same line: ’You booked for 2 people.’The worst part? Even if a guest arrives, they don’t allow them inside the room for even 30 minutes. That’s ridiculous. I’ve never seen a hotel stop a guest from waiting. Hospitality means welcoming people, not pushing them out.I paid for the full day booking, yet something so simple and basic wasn’t accommodated. The hotel needs to seriously rethink how they train their staff because right now, there is no sense of hospitality.If you’re expecting warmth, flexibility, or service this is not the place.If you just need a room and nothing else, maybe it works.
