The room was full of cockroaches.Whole night I couldn't sleep because cockroaches were on bed.

I had two nice days in hotel the Nook. The price 2200 rupees a night is very good for what I got. There work friendly people and they also thought how they could make my stay even better. Hot shower ( my first in four weeks in India), clean room, a window where I could look outside, a waterbouiler and breakfast included. The Temple is 1,5 km close. I slept very nice in my comfortabel bed.Marga Dijs, The Netherlands ( Europe).

Very Poor Hygiene, Not RecommendedBathroom was extremely small and unhygienic. The bath curtain was fully covered with fungus, and mould/fungal residue came out with the first flow of tap water,floor is slippery at entrance of bathroom.Room cleanliness was very poor. A bunch of safety pins was found on the bed under the comforter, clearly showing the room was not cleaned after the previous guest. The kettle and tea bags were unusable as the tea bags were covered with cobwebs.Location is on the main road but directly opposite a Christian cremation ground. Ash had spread onto our car parked in front of the hotel.The only positive was that the receptionist and attender were responsive and polite. However, due to serious cleanliness and hygiene issues, I would not recommend this hotel.

Very horrible experience in my life. Staying in hotel nook was horrifying. We reached at 3 am in the morning. The behaviour of the staff was really rude. Room was really small in size. Bed sheet were dirty and having blood stain. AC was not working. when we ask to change bed sheet or room. The attending person said ’ Change ni hoga 200rs ek bed sheet ke lagte hai cleaning ke. Rehena hai to raho ni to jao. Mai refund kar deta hu’ this is what he said at 3 am in morning. The catch is in front of hotel there is a ’graveyard’. So 3 am in front of graveyard he said go if you don’t like. In none of the website it is writing that the hotel is front of graveyard. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. There is no food restaurant near the hotel for lunch and dinner.

Horrible experience at this hotel. Booked this hotel specifically for their 24hr check-in, but what we got was a nightmare. The hand faucet in the toilet was broken, and the rooms weren't cleaned properly. We asked them to repair it, and they 'temporarily' fixed it - didn't help. Requested a room change, but they refused. They asked for room change the next day. It was no use because we had to check out and it would be late.We had informed them earlier about needing an extra bed for a senior citizen travelling with us, but they ignored it completely. We were exhausted when we reached the hotel that evening, and it was disappointing they didn't even bother. We called them on the way to the hotel, still no action.Next day, we handed over the room key asking them to check the toilet again and clean the room properly - again, they didn't oblige. They checked the toilet wearing slippers, made it dirty, and didn't clean it till we went back.Front desk staff, including the GM, were unhelpful. Told the reception to keep the bill ready an hour before checkout, and they were too lazy to do even that. Rude service all around. We told them we wouldn't leave a positive review, still didn't care.Apart from breakfast they do not have any other service like lunch and dinner. Over priced for nothing.If they can't handle basic stuff, why run a hotel? ’? 1/5 stars.
