We had booked a Double Deluxe AC room, but the experience was extremely disappointing from the beginning. The first room they provided had a non-working AC. When we informed the staff, instead of fixing the issue or changing the room immediately, they simply asked us to adjust.After arguing with them, they arranged another room — but again, the AC had issues and was making a horrible noise like a helicopter. There was no proper room service support either. For every small thing, we had to personally go from the 2nd floor to the ground floor reception because they didn’t even provide a proper contact number.Finally, after repeated complaints, they shifted us to a third room where the AC was at least working. But the problems didn’t stop there. There was no blanket in the room. Again, I had to go downstairs to request one. Shockingly, one staff member told me that the room “does not come with a blanket.” The staff lacked even basic common sense and customer service etiquette. Only after another argument did they provide a blanket.Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We literally had to beg for basic necessities like soap, water, and blankets. The staff were irresponsible, rude, and completely unprofessional.Please do not book this hotel just by looking at the photos online. Read the reviews carefully before making a booking.

Very worst experience than ever in my life.In photo they show another room and actual room is different .Room and washroom is very small. Staff behaviour very bad . No complementary water. AC is also not working properly. Its totally wastage of money at all .I am not recommended any one to book this hotel.No wifi also.

1. Hotel staff has not been spoting. 2. Lose talk of every coustomer specialy reseptionest. 2. Hotel staff told me before checkin term and condition check out the room before 10 AM. 3. When coustomer book online, hotel staff take advantage of their vulnerability. 4. They also tell coustomers that they can cancel their booking, knowing that the customer's entire payment is non refundable. 5. My suggestion is that online booking for such hotels should be stopped, and they should be blacklisted. 6. This will maintain coustomer trust in online hotel booking.
