Corridors and walkways are dimly lit and looks scary. Staff strictly not allowing for early checkin if booked through online since price is discounted rates.
I could not sleep because despite being an AC roo, it was full of mosquitoes. Worse still the staff had the audacity to ask for compulsory backsheesh. Will never visit again.

Disappointing Family Stay

I recently booked a stay here via Agoda and the reservation was confirmed. When my family and I arrived, we asked for an early check-in, but the hotel staff refused our request. Despite politely asking and offering to pay extra, the hotel showed no concern for our situation. It was a very disappointing experience.

Extremely bad experience. We paid 4050/- for two nights for a deluxe double room, but the room was terrible. The AC and fan were not functioning, and the TV was also not working. Additionally, the evening receptionist was very rude and used harsh language when we complained and asked for repairs. They didn't provide any toiletries or water, not even on the first day. Avoid booking here; it's a waste of money!
