DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE ’ MISLEADING, RUDE, AND COMPLETELY UNTRUSTWORTHYMy stay at Arasan Sapthagiri, Madurai was an absolute nightmare. This place is poorly maintained, dishonest, and should be avoided at all costs.The rooms are filthy and unhygienic. Nothing’literally nothing’matches the photos shown online. The condition of the room was shocking, and basic cleanliness is clearly not a priority. It felt unsafe and uncomfortable from the moment I entered.The staff behavior was rude, careless, and arrogant. There is no professionalism or courtesy. The check-in process took 45 minutes, with no explanation and no apology, as if wasting a guest’s time is normal for them.Now the biggest issue: PARKING.This hotel has NO parking facility at all. Before booking, I clearly confirmed on call that I had an expensive superbike and required safe parking. They lied and assured me parking was available just to secure the booking. After arrival, I was forced to park my bike on the road, and later told to park it 1 km away in some random shelter. This is completely unacceptable and irresponsible. Putting a guest’s expensive vehicle at risk due to false promises is beyond unprofessional.On top of everything, the hotel enforces a ridiculous 9:00 AM checkout time, despite providing such poor service. They are quick to push guests out but incapable of delivering even basic standards during the stay.This place is a complete scam’fake photos, dirty rooms, rude staff, lies about parking, and terrible management. I regret staying here and will never return.DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, especially if you value hygiene, honesty, or the safety of your vehicle. There are far better options in Madurai’choose literally anything else.

Rooms are also small, but for that budget justifiable. Location nearby jigirtanda and madurai bun parotta.parotta. Pallet parking is avaialble.Bathrooms were smelly, needed to pour 2 buckets of water to get rid of smell. This is showing no rooms were cleaned. I had no option due to my late night visit.

The most unkept and dirty room(s). Apart from general cleaning (sweep and mop the floors) nothing else was clean (dust in the room everywhere, mold in the washroom/sink)My husband and i complained about our sheets having stains (all 3 layers) and they told us that's how it is because they washed it. We changed rooms to meet the same problem. We asked for extra towels and those were stained as well. We slept on the towels for the night then left the next day.

The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the service is excellent. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, which made check-in smooth. However, the restroom feels outdated and could use renovation. Also, the curtains are old and stained ’ replacing them would improve the overall experience. With a few upgrades, this place could be even better.
