Extremely disappointing experience at Hotel Vilvaas, Madurai. I paid ’4,000 for just one night, expecting at least a clean and properly maintained room. What I got was nowhere near worth the price.The bed linen and blankets were stained, dirty and poorly maintained. There were visible marks and stains on the bedding, and the overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The walls and room also looked poorly maintained, giving the entire stay a very unhygienic and neglected feeling.For ’4,000 a night, I expect basic cleanliness, fresh bedding and proper maintenance’not something that looks like it hasn’t been cleaned or replaced properly.The price is completely unjustified for the quality provided. I would strongly advise travellers to think twice before booking this hotel. There are much better options in Madurai for the same money.’4,000 for one night and this level of cleanliness is simply unacceptable. Very disappointing stay

The bed linens and blankets were stained and dirty, showing poor upkeep. The room and walls appeared neglected and unhygienic. For ₹4,000 a night, I anticipated basic cleanliness, fresh bedding, and proper maintenance, none of which were met. The price does not reflect the quality offered. I would caution travelers to reconsider before choosing this hotel, as there are better options in Madurai at the same price. Paying ₹4,000 for such poor cleanliness is unacceptable and left me very dissatisfied.
