I stayed at this hotel yesterday and was very disappointed with the overall experience, especially considering they charge around 7,000 per night for two adults.This is a well-known hotel in Madurai, but the maintenance is extremely poor. The room was not clean at all, and there were bedbugs and mosquitoes inside the room, making it very uncomfortable to stay.The bathroom was also poorly maintained. It was not clean, and the mirror was so dirty that it was difficult to even see your reflection. The towels and other linens had an unpleasant smell, which further affected the experience.Another disappointing aspect was the service. When we ordered food from outside, we requested a few plates and cups from the hotel. Surprisingly, they charged extra for providing them, which is not something I would expect from a hotel in this price range.Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to families, couples, or even business travelers. The hotel management should seriously improve cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service to justify the room rates they are charging.
Except location, and to some extent the staff, everything is bad. Not at all value for money.I will not recommend this to anyone.
The rooms were old and not worth the price. Swimming pool was also not so clean
