They cheated me by not providing car parking facility. It is mentioned as car parking is available. But there was facility for car parking. I had to park car road side in unhygienic place. Water in the bathroom also salt water.
A complete nightmare of a stay. I booked a Double Deluxe room here expecting basic comfort, but the reality was absolutely terrible.The hygiene is virtually non-existent. When I checked in, the room was filthy—the pillow covers had visible stains, the bathroom was completely uncleaned, and the mirrors were covered in grime. I have attached photos to show exactly how bad the conditions were.To make matters worse, on my very first night, there was a total power failure that wasn't resolved until 11:30 PM. I had to sit in the dark, and the staff were not proactive at all. It was only after I explicitly complained and demanded a room change that they finally arranged a new room for me.Terrible cleanliness, terrible service, and definitely not worth the money. Strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
Facility was not as per Agoda images. Room size 140 sqft whereas booking page mentioned 323 sqft. NO intercom in the room. Mosquito roaming in the room, Room was not clean & looks dirty, TV no Signal whole the day, AC not working properly. bathroom not cleaned. Door lock is shaking not able to lock it properly. Very OLD premises. Not worth for the money. overall, it's not like to recommend this property.
