☆☆☆☆My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was a bed bug infestation. I was unable to sleep for 3 out of the 4 nights due to constant bites and discomfort. The only reason I managed to sleep on the first night was because I was too exhausted from traveling to notice.To top it off, the room I had booked—a "Deluxe Room, 200 m² with twin beds" doesn't even exist. 😅 Despite being advertised on online booking platforms, I was told no such room was available. The listing is misleading and creates false expectations.The washroom hygiene was equally unacceptable. The mirror and walls looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in years, with visible dirt and stains. The overall cleanliness of the room was far below even basic standards.To make matters worse, the staff were completely nonchalant and indifferent when concerns were raised. There was little sense of urgency or willingness to resolve the issues, making an already unpleasant stay even more frustrating.My advice to anyone considering this hotel: don't book your entire stay in advance. Book for just one day first. If you're satisfied, extend your stay. If not, you'll still have the flexibility to move to another hotel without being stuck.I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made in cleanliness, pest control, accurate room listings, and customer service.
