Uninformed staff, you have to ask for basic things like towels and hand wash etc a thousand times, worst possible isolated location temple and market area are far and autos gonna charge you Rs 200 to take there, even locals struggle to find the hotel and no body seems to know where it is. But if your priority is stay close to bus stop, at a clean place at a cheap price and not temple/market, it is right next to bus stop and you will find it decent.
