The Heritage Madurai Hotel

Stay was good , but the needs weren't met , cleanliness to minor details is a major red flag. Lots of mosquitos and cockroaches found which we were taken aback. Would rate 3 stars since there are many competitive stays in this high price range. Housekeeping staffs were kind.

I recently stayed at Heritage Madurai, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The property itself is beautiful’peaceful, well-maintained, and full of charm that makes you instantly feel relaxed.What made the stay even more special was the exceptional service. Every staff member was polite and attentive, but a special mention goes to Mr. Jyotishwaran (fondly called Joe). His warmth, professionalism, and genuine care really stood out. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect, and that personal touch made a big difference.From the ambiance to the hospitality, everything was memorable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Madurai, and I’m definitely looking forward to coming back.

We have an excellent stay here. Felt at Home. Very friendly staff made our stay super comfortable. They in fact personalised food for us too.

From the first to last minute,Heritage Madurai never disappointed...We stayed in a Geoffrey Bawa room,beautiful and tastefully decorated,with enormous bed sublime linen and 2 outside spaces...What made it extra special was the staff,especially Monica,Jo and Rama.. their attentive service was incredible but not overboard....Every single meal was delicious and authentic ’’It was an unforgettable time...Thank you to all that made it perfect....Lou & Steve.
