We stayed in the property for a day and stay was comfortable and worth the mone spent
Receptionist staff was excellent but others are greed for money. Room not at all spacious. But for 1 day it's enough location near to railway periar bus stand hotels and Meenakshi temple West gate.
The AC was not working properly during my stay. I informed the hotel staff about the issue before leaving for darshan on Day 1, and they assured me that it would be resolved by the time I returned. However, even after returning, the AC was still not working. Although they had assured me that it would be fixed, no proper action was taken—it felt like the assurance was given only for namesake.The lift was also not working at the time of check in.When I asked about early check-in, the receptionist lady asked for 2,000 for checking in 4 hours early. I declined, as I was not sure whether this was the hotel’s official pricing or an additional charge being quoted at the receptionists lady.Since it was a long weekend, it gave me the impression that they may have been taking advantage of high demand.The only major advantage of this hotel is its location, as it is close to the temple and railway station. Apart from that, I don’t feel it is worth the money at present.The hotel is mentioned as a 3-star property on Google, but based on my experience, I’m not sure it currently meets the standard I would expect from a 3-star hotel.Renovation work is currently ongoing, so hopefully the hotel will improve its facilities and services in the future. I would suggest focusing on proper maintenance, transparent pricing, and customer satisfaction so that guests feel they are getting proper value for their money.
