Average hotel with reasonable pricing and clean rooms. However, the staff behavior was disappointing. Several housekeeping staff repeatedly asked for tips despite not providing any noticeable service, which made the experience uncomfortable and embarrassing. Overall, while the stay was decent in terms of cleanliness and cost, the service aspect needs significant improvement.

We recently stayed at TM Hotel Madurai for (12th Feb & 17th Feb 2026)2 days as a large group (10 adults and 1 kid), and it was a very convenient experience.Unbeatable Location: The hotel is perfectly situated for travelers. It is a very short walkable distance (around 200m) to both the Madurai Railway Station and the Bus Station. For those visiting for pilgrimage, the Meenakshi Amman Temple is only about a 600m walk away.Room Quality: The rooms were clean and well-maintained. While they were a little bit of a crunch in terms of space, they were comfortable enough for our stay.Service: The staff was cooperative and helpful throughout our 2-day stay, which made managing a large group much easier.Food & Amenities: You don’t have to worry about food at all. The hotel is surrounded by numerous restaurants offering both pure veg and non-veg options. There are also plenty of tea stalls and sweet shops right nearby.

Don't believe there photos. The lady will send nice photos. But don't believe that. Worst hotel. Please read my full comments before booking. That room is not worth Rs. 1000. I have gone for multiple business trips. The worst experience i ever had
