I had a very disappointing experience with my stay at this hotel.Firstly, the receptionist advised me not to book through the online platform and insisted on charging a higher price directly, even though the online rate was much lower. This was very unprofessional.The room was very small, and the moment I entered, I noticed that it was filled with mosquitoes. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were also far below expectations. The bed and pillows were visibly dusty and did not appear to have been properly cleaned.The bathroom was another major concern. Basic toiletries such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, and body lotion were not properly provided. The shampoo and body lotion bottles appeared to be previously used rather than freshly provided. The bathroom dustbin was extremely dirty and was not functioning properly.The room was also not cleaned for the next day. The towels were not replaced, and there was no proper housekeeping service during the stay. Additionally, the TV channels were not activated, making the room even less comfortable.Overall, the experience was very disappointing considering the amount charged. The hotel needs significant improvement in terms of cleanliness, housekeeping, basic amenities, maintenance, and customer service. I would not recommend this hotel unless these issues are addressed.

Dear friends, I want to share my experience with this hotel. I booked two standard AC rooms through the MakeMyTrip app for a one-night stay 10 days before my trip. When I arrived and showed the MakeMyTrip booking ID, they denied my reservation, saying they had no record since I didn't book directly through their website. I contacted MakeMyTrip, and they also spoke with the hotel, but the hotel claimed all rooms were sold out two months ago. This hotel is unreliable because they accept bookings but if someone else arrives later and pays more, they take that booking and cancel yours without informing you, causing a lot of trouble. It feels like they are cheating customers. Therefore, I strongly advise against booking this hotel and recommend looking for other trustworthy options to ensure a smooth trip.

Nice property. Ideal for those coming from Rameshwaram. There is no kitchen, but the hotel staff serve breakfast promptly.

The room did not justify the cost. There was no room service available, the bathroom was quite dirty, the trash bin was broken, and even toilet paper was missing. The space was cramped and the curtains were dusty. The air conditioning was ineffective; it took over five hours to cool the room to a comfortable level, making me sweat. It seemed like the AC required maintenance or fixing. Given the price, I anticipated better cleanliness, comfort, and amenities. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not worth the expense.
