Our time at Courtyard by Marriott Madurai was unforgettable. The hotel's location is very convenient, providing easy access to many key sights in Madurai. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. The food and beverage team was exceptional, and I want to highlight Mohan, Sabri, and Polli for their outstanding service. Their attentiveness and genuine hospitality made every meal a pleasure. The housekeeping staff were also excellent, responding quickly to every request and ensuring a comfortable, trouble-free stay. Special thanks to Karthick, the F&B Manager, who went the extra mile during a medical emergency by promptly arranging hospital care and following up thoughtfully, demonstrating true hospitality. In summary, we had a fantastic stay with top-notch service, warm hospitality, and some of the best dining experiences in Madurai. We eagerly anticipate our next visit.
