Scammers alert!!!We booked through MakeMyTrip, paid in advance. While check in the guy at the reception denied finding the booking and asked to pay 3100rs to get into the room. My papa asked if he can pay with card and he denied saying he can only pay in cash. My dad had a long day trip planned so he paid the amount to get to the room.After coming back, my dad clarified and they accepted they did a double booking but denied us paying any cash. My dad showed it in his register but he argued and said he never paid anything.We checked out after a night due to this ridiculous scamming situation as informed earlier to the hotel. We don’t deny checking out at night.Better stay away from scammers like these who fools pilgrims who just want to have a darshan of the god!Reply to the manager: Why did they deny having a existing booking and they can’t find the booking but they can surely have some video footage which obviously again a lie. Ofcourse there isn’t anything in the register because we paid cash. Please check your employees once again. We don’t need any refund just making sure anyone else is alert and doesn’t fall for ’booking not found’, payment not done, card system not working and pay cash crap of your employees. Please check with the guy who was on the counter during morning hours- he was missing after we handed out the cash. Why was there no bills provided during checkout?

Rooms are conjested. Not so clean.Price is also high for that room. Paid 1850 for double bed room. But location is walkable to temple. Service and staff are very humble.
