I booked it through ***When called to check the status of the room booking the staff who picked up the phone was very arrogant stating there are 2 hotel with the name temple view and *** - However i choosed only temple view rooms he denied no such booking and asked me to contact *** and hung up the call. Hence i had to cancel the whole booking
