We stayed here twice in one week and found the hospitality and comfort to be excellent. When traveling with elderly parents and children, having two villa rooms is the ideal choice to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all, while also maintaining privacy for everyone.

Terrible experience, no one responded after I booked the hotel and they don't offer refunds. Nobody answered the calls when I tried to reach them. Isn't that the worst experience? And you people haven't even returned my hard-earned 20k.

Parking poses a problem and the area is quite crowded.

Worst hotel experience ever. Having so many complaints in one hotel is unacceptable. Anyone planning to check this place out, never book a room here. The staff are not very attentive. The girl at the reception behaved very rudely and lacked proper communication. The receptionist acted as if she didn't even know the meaning of the word 'receptionist.' Basic courtesy was missing. The hotel seems to focus mainly on guests who book the marriage hall. We had informed them a week in advance about our stay, but they forcefully asked us to vacate the rooms for marriage guests. We struggled a lot to find another room suddenly, but they showed no concern. Even though we were already staying there, it felt like they decided we shouldn't be staying. The room had many issues — the telephone didn't work, the bathroom flush had no water, the AC didn't work, and there was water leakage from the AC. They sent a technical team, but it was just an old lady who came and couldn't fix any problem. The complimentary breakfast was buffet style but had very limited options. The staff served food with a weird attitude, as if they didn't want to serve. The vadai was very oily, with oil running on top without squeezing. Plates and glasses were full of dust. There is car parking, but it is locked 24/7. Whenever you want to take or park your car, you have to inform them every time and wait for them to come. Room cleaning was very disappointing too. They used the towel meant for face wash to clean the bathroom sink and kitchen top. There was no proper hygiene maintenance. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay with poor service, rude behavior, lack of professionalism, and worst hygiene. In the end, we wondered why we stayed here with family.
