Manager were so rude. Asking you non stop one day before about next day checkout timing and is it you want breakfast or not? Even we booked room Included with breakfast. During checkin told breakfast timing 8am. Next day morning 8am we asked for breakfast they told us it's not ready yet. Staff sleeping on the reception entrance. When you check out early in the morning you can see such situation.
Overall, it was a great experience and definitely value for money. The staff behavior, facilities, and overall service were excellent, so I would rate them 5/5.The only slight drawback is the location. It’s not very convenient for public transport, so it’s easier to reach the hotel by call taxi or auto. Because of that, I would give the location a 4/5.One issue we faced was that during the night, water was leaking from the A/C and it made the bed wet. We managed and continued our stay, but it would be even better if this issue is fixed soon.Room no : 202.
