The hotel suffers from major maintenance issues.The washrooms had inadequate water supply, the flush was not working, and there was barely any hot water available for showering. These are basic necessities, yet they were consistently lacking. The staff were unable to resolve these problems and showed little urgency or concern, which reflects very poorly on the management. Overall, the property is run in a highly inefficient manner and does not meet acceptable standards.
