I had a pleasant stay at Lee Grace Hotel, Madurai. The rooms were comfortable, with decent air conditioning and very clean washrooms. Overall the hotel offered good value for money.The receptionist was extremely helpful and courteous, making the stay even more comfortable. Network connectivity was reasonably good as well.A few minor points to note are that construction work is still ongoing, hence there is no lift facility for now. However, these did not significantly affect my stay.I would definitely recommend this hotel for solo travelers as well as couples looking for a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly stay in Madurai.

Instead, we were treated like absolute enemies from the moment we arrived. I have never encountered such a toxic, disrespectful, and downright lazy management team in my entire life.Here is a glimpse of the horror we faced:Extortion at Check-in: They flat-out refused to help us with our luggage unless we paid an extra 50 extortion fee. Forcing senior citizens to struggle with bags because we wouldn't give in to their petty bribes is disgusting.Vile Behavior & Unclean Rooms: The rooms were filthy. When we politely requested them to clean the rooms, the staff threw a massive tantrum, talked back to us with extreme rudeness, and flatly refused to clean.No Basic Amenities: They literally refused to even bring drinking water to our rooms. We felt completely unsafe and unwelcome, as if we were walking into a hostile territory rather than a paid hospitality service.AN URGENT APPEAL TO AGODA: You need to audit and BAN THIS HOTEL from your portal immediately. They are scamming your customers, violating basic hospitality standards, and ruining family vacations.To anyone reading this review: Please, save your money, your sanity, and your family's peace of mind. Book somewhere else. Booking this place is a guaranteed way to completely ruin your trip. STAY FAR AWAY!
