Country Club Lee Crysstal

An oasis near the beach and central to many attractions in Kovalam and Malabalipuram. We enjoyed a comfortable room, fine service, the large swimming pool and delicious food in the restaurant. Shout out to Vijay Raj, who keeps everything running smoothly in the restaurant.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room provided to us was not clean, there was dust on surfaces, and we even noticed spiders above the bed, which was extremely uncomfortable. When we informed the receptionist, we were told the room was ’not prepared,’ and we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the second room was in the same dusty and unclean condition.Instead of resolving the cleanliness issue, we were asked to upgrade the room at nearly double the price. Left with no practical option late at night, we had to pay extra for the upgrade. The entire process took more than an hour to settle, which was very inconvenient.Additionally, the photos displayed on the MakeMyTrip app do not match the actual condition of the hotel. The property appears quite old and poorly maintained. When asked about this, the receptionist mentioned that the photos were taken when the hotel was newly launched and was unsure about their accuracy. I have taken photos of the room and will upload them for reference.Overall, this experience did not meet basic expectations of cleanliness and transparency.

Worst ever stay. Never expected a hotel with this low quality and service. Staff attitude are like they are running TAJ here. No one speak friendly and if you ask for anything wait till you either die or get from outside. Rooms and amenities are not as shown in the picture. They are too dirty and unhygienic. Will not recommend this to anyone. Even though I am country club VIP member, I am planning not to continue if there property are such bad.

Hotel is in a prominent location. Service is good. The room we stayed had hot water issues so they provided a heater rod. Restaurant is good and well managed by mr.vijay

Very disappointing experience overall. Hospitality was extremely poor, and the staff appeared indifferent throughout our visit ’ we didn’t encounter a single warm or welcoming interaction. While the food quality was acceptable, the menu options were very limited. The restaurants lacked basic cleanliness, which further affected the experience. Overall, this place falls far below the standards expected of a country club
