The first room provided had a non-working air conditioner. The room was very hot and there were cockroaches as well. Then they changed the room. Complimentary breakfast was said to be at 8:00 a.m., but it was delayed until after 8:30 a.m. Overall, I am not satisfied with the service.

Rooms were clean but the staffs are very pathetic, I was with a wheelchair user who needed assistance to go down to another floor. Even after calling twice, no one came, and we had to manage on our own. This was very disappointing, specially considering accessibility needs

I need to admit that the restaurant here has good people and good food. Feshly cooked food is the best thing about this place even if it takes a bit more than normal scenarios. Service team people are very down to earth and welcoming. I wish all the best for this place.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. While the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcome, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. The floor wasn't clean, and I noticed some stains on the bed. It was a bit off-putting and not what I expected for the price I paid. I really appreciated the staff's kindness, but I do hope they can improve on maintaining the rooms better. Overall, it was a decent stay, but cleanliness is definitely something they need to focus on.
