I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. While the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcome, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. The floor wasn't clean, and I noticed some stains on the bed. It was a bit off-putting and not what I expected for the price I paid. I really appreciated the staff's kindness, but I do hope they can improve on maintaining the rooms better. Overall, it was a decent stay, but cleanliness is definitely something they need to focus on.

I was really mesmerised by services provided by Chirag inn. The kind of hospitality my family and me received was no less than 5 star hotel. The reception staff, house keeping staff , security guards and Swagath restaurant staff were all polite and passenger friendly and tourist friendly. They adjusted so much as per my travel plans. Rooms were so neat and well maintained. Complete value for money hotel. I highly recommend to you be it your business trip or vacation. Location is excellent. Thanks all of you

Very Disappointing and Unprofessional ExperienceI had a very bad experience at this hotel. I had booked two deluxe rooms, but when we arrived around 10:00 PM, the staff told us to go for dinner, saying the rooms were still being cleaned. After returning, they allotted only one suite room instead of the two deluxe rooms I had booked. We were two families, so staying in one room was not at all possible.After raising a complaint, they provided another room, but it was in an extremely unhygienic condition ’ the AC wasn’t working, the washroom was dirty, the floors were filthy, and the bed sheets were stained and unclean. When I complained again (now around midnight), the receptionist casually mentioned that the rooms I had booked were already given away to a bulk booking that arrived earlier.Due to this, we had no choice but to make both families stay in a single room. This completely ruined our trip, especially since we had a 2-year-old child, an 8-year-old girl, and a feeding mother in our group. The inconvenience and discomfort they had to go through the next day were unacceptable.Overall, the hotel showed poor management, zero accountability, and no regard for guest comfort. I will never recommend this place to anyone

Our stay at this hotel had a mix of experiences. On the plus side, the location is fantastic for fine dining and shopping, and the 24/7 front desk staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The daily cleaning service kept the main areas of the room tidy, and having an on-site restaurant was convenient. However, we encountered several issues that impacted our comfort. The most significant problems were the lack of hot water for the shower and an extremely loud, old AC unit that made it difficult to sleep. We also noticed a build-up of dust near the windowsills, and upon checking, found a few small insects under the bed. This hotel has a great foundation due to its staff and location, but it needs attention to maintenance. overall the hotel is gud.

its affordable, the rooms are huge and a great value. room is well-equipped with single seat 2 sofas, a coffee table, and complimentary water, coffee, and tea. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and room service was available. There were a few minor downsides: the TV had no smart connection, some pillowcases were dated (though clean), and the bathroom tiles could use a deeper clean. Be aware the toilet is quite high, which some may find unusual. Despite these small issues, it's excellent value for money. I enjoyed my stay so much that I've decided to extend it.
