Stayed here with my father, mother, and daughter by paying around ’5500 per day expecting a comfortable family stay. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The room was not spacious enough for a family, and the bathroom had a foul drainage smell throughout the stay. The wash basin water was leaking through the wall, which clearly shows poor maintenance. Bathroom cleanliness and overall room upkeep need major improvement. The hotel has a good location, but the facilities and maintenance do not justify the price charged.

The room was cramped for a family, and there was a persistent bad smell from the bathroom drainage. Water from the wash basin was leaking through the wall, indicating poor upkeep. Both the bathroom cleanliness and overall room maintenance require significant improvement. While the hotel is well located, the amenities and maintenance do not match the price.

I had a very cold response from their staff when I reached at late night. There was some confusion on my booking and the staff there was not helpful

The service here is the worst I've ever encountered. The staff acted rudely right after we checked in and refused to provide any food.
