Our family enjoyed an outstanding stay at Santa Maria – A Premium Boutique Homestay by the Sea. From the start, the hospitality was excellent. We received a refreshing welcome drink, and the hosts assisted us with the language barrier and guided us from the pickup point since vehicles can't reach the entrance directly. The Deluxe Ocean View Room features stunning sea views and a spacious private balcony, ideal for unwinding. The homemade breakfast, lunch, dinner, and tea were all very tasty. The location is excellent—near the beach, Thiruvananthapuram International Airport, Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway Station, Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple, and within walking distance of the well-known Old Coffee House Restaurant. Uber, Zomato, and Swiggy services are readily accessible. Highly recommended!

They also arranged pickup support, and since the car couldn't reach the entrance, they personally guided us from the pickup point by walking with us the short distance to the property. Their kindness and hospitality made a wonderful first impression.We stayed in the Deluxe Ocean View Room, and it was absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The stunning ocean view from the room was breathtaking, and the large private balcony was the perfect place to sit, relax, enjoy the sea breeze, and watch the beautiful surroundings.The food deserves special appreciation. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all freshly prepared, delicious, and full of authentic flavors. Even the tea was excellent—we genuinely looked forward to every meal.The location is another major highlight. The property is in a premium location, just a short walk from the beach and very close to:Thiruvananthapuram International Airport (Domestic & International Terminals)Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway StationSree Padmanabhaswamy TempleThe famous Old Coffee House Restaurant, which is only a few metres away.Transportation was extremely convenient, with Uber and OLA cabs readily available, and both Zomato and Swiggy delivered to the property without any issues.Overall, Santa Maria offers the perfect combination of warm hospitality, delicious homemade food, comfortable rooms, stunning ocean views, and an unbeatable location. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. We highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Trivandrum and will definitely choose Santa Maria again on our next visit. This place is full of charm. I really like the arrangement; it's cozy and gives a homely feeling. The furniture is attractive and very cute. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the rising sea. It's a peaceful and quiet spot to relax. The atmosphere brings a sense of calm and tranquility. You can enjoy a sea view as it's right on the beach and close to the airport. The host, Bejoy, is very welcoming and helpful.
