This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. The rice contained multiple insects, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. When we informed the staff, instead of apologizing or addressing the issue seriously, they started making fun of us and did not show any concern.The waiters were very rude throughout our visit and kept pressuring us for tips, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. The ambiance was also poor and not well maintained.Food quality, cleanliness, and customer service were all disappointing. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone until they improve their hygiene standards and staff behavior.Very dissatisfied with the overall experience

woredt experience today... my friends and me visited restaurant today... waiters are rood behaving with customers and shouthing with customers and finelly... they are demanded tips... and wend outside of hotel and they demand tips... i personally call to hotel representatives and inform them... worst experience and worest behaviours of hotel staff,,,

I visited today and tried the Veg Thali. The food itself was quite good and authentic, capturing the flavors you’d expect from a Nellore-style mess.The Food: The Veg Thali is satisfying, flavorful, and definitely the highlight of the visit.Service: The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. The service was slow and could be much more organized to ensure a smooth dining experience.Hygiene: This is the biggest area for improvement. The cleanliness of the dining area and the general hygiene standards need to be upgraded to make diners feel more comfortable.

He controlls the crowd he thinks he gave free food , usually i went to this place previously quantity is very good that's why I took my relatives to this restaurant they said we can eat better food at roadside don't go with the flow
