Nice service and wonderful hospitality...Daily cleaning and maintenance is good ...we prefer same hotel.all the time...Nice cordination with jaswanth and Raju

I wanted to give them 0 stars if it was possible. Horrible service and stinky rooms and bathrooms. Bathroom smelled of pee all the time. There was no exhaust in the bathroom and after all this they charged me for water, apparently they give only water bottle as complimentary.

Mantris Hotel, Vizag ’ A Nightmare. Stay Away.’’’’’I booked Mantris Hotel for my pre-wedding events on May 8th and 9th ’ the most important days of my life. What followed was a parade of incompetence, rudeness, and outright negligence that turned a joyful occasion into a stress disaster.Pre-coordination meant nothing:Despite multiple prior discussions with the manager, Bhanu, my wife was greeted at check-in by a rude receptionist who flatly told me that rooms weren't available. Not a warm welcome. Not even a basic one.The rooms were an embarrassment:Suite 201 had a non-functional AC on check-in ’ it took staff over an hour to clean the filters. Every single room smelled so bad that one of our guests checked in, took one look, and immediately left. The bathroom in Room 104 had a clogged drain that went unfixed for the entire two-day stay. This is not a budget lodge ’ you charged premium rates.Food poisoning at wedding events:Every family guest who had the ?? la carte dinner on the evening of May 8th suffered food poisoning. The food was visibly stale ’ at least one day old. Serving your guests rotten food on the eve of a wedding is not just a hospitality failure, it is a health hazard. I will not be letting this go quietly.The Mehendi event was a sweaty ordeal.I specifically asked Bhanu to switch the AC on an hour early so the hall would be cool for our guests. The room stayed unbearably hot for over two hours into the event. Clearly no one bothered to check. Our guests ’ many of them elderly ’ sat through the ceremony sweating. This is unacceptable at any event, let alone a wedding.The staff spilled mocktails in our suite and walked away.The serving staff knocked over mocktails in our suite and didn't even acknowledge it, let alone clean it. I cleaned the mess myself ’ on my own wedding eve. The room stayed sticky for the entire two-day stay. The mocktails themselves, like the coffee, were awful ’ nothing but sugar syrup.Chairs disappeared from our wedding stage.Decorations arranged with Bhanu's coordination the night before ’ chairs brought specifically for the wedding stage ’ were removed by hotel staff overnight. On the morning of May 9th, my wedding day, we stood waiting on an empty stage while the decorator scrambled to bring them back. This one moment summarizes everything about Mantris Hotel: zero coordination, zero accountability.Breakfast chaos for 16 staying guests.With 16 guests staying in the hotel on the morning of May 9th, they somehow failed to arrange breakfast for 6 of them. Everyone waited 30 minutes for a plate of idly and pooris. On the morning of May 10th, when a guest asked for an omelette, the restaurant staff casually responded: "No gas, no omelettes."Staff rudeness was universal and consistent.From the receptionist to room service to restaurant staff ’ everyone was dismissive, unresponsive, and rude. Not one person made any effort to make our stay or our events feel special or even acceptable.Mantris Hotel, we trusted you to host our pre-wedding events for us, our families and guests. You responded with stale food, broken ACs, smelly rooms, poisoned guests, and staff who couldn't care less.For context, our actual wedding on May 9th was held at Dasapalla Hotel, Vizag. The difference was night and day. Dasapalla delivered everything a wedding venue should: warm hospitality, excellent food, and service that made our most important day truly memorable. That is the standard. Mantris, you didn't come close.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone for any occasion, let alone something as precious as a wedding. If there is an option, I would give a negative 5 rating but have to settle with 1

The Location, The rooms, the service, the food, each one of these is just top-notch! The breakfast was complimentary with our stay and must I say that I am so well impressed by the range,variety, quality and taste of the food offered here. South Indian breakfast is my new favourite now! They also offer neutral food options like bread jam, fruits and desserts, poori, etc. I had THE BEST IDLI of my life here and The Coconut Chutney, I haven't had anything like that before, it is to just die for! Immense gratitude and love to THE CHEF. ’?the room service is also so good. All the staffs are so kind and helpful. I'm so grateful to each one for giving me such a good experience, thoroughly enjoyed my time at vizag. Thank you people! ’’’’’?

Actually it's a very good place to stay. First of all location is central, secondly the hostel offers very tasty food, thirdly they maintain hygiene.
