We booked this hotel through make my trip(31st may 25 to 1st jun 25). Prices of the rooms are low and so is the condition of the rooms. We opted for executive room (room no 203). The walls are cracked, bolt of the bathroom door is broken, room and the bathroom were stinking, there were marks on the pillow covers and bedsheets. I’d not recommend this hotel for families. In majority, you’ll find bachelors who have hired the rooms for a day or two.After having a word with the hotel staff, their management and make my trip team, we were allotted another room. It was a suite room which was better. However the AC was not working. We waited for 45 mins for the room to cool and nothing happened. At 11pm in the night we finally decided to look for another room and requested a refund. The hotel staff told the refund has to be issued by MakeMyTrip, whereas, MMT were constantly pressurising them to give a room in a different property. The property that was offered was 1 hour away (Bheemli) from the current stay, yet we fought back for a refund and finally once the 100% cancellation was confirmed by make my trip, we moved to a different hotel that was 11 mins away.THIS HOTEL IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES TRAVELLING WITH KIDS, COUPLES.

Nice to stay on this hotel. Receiving is nice and the reception was nice too speak with her . And the check on process is very fast . Tq once again.

The maintenance of the room was adorable. The ambience was very nice. The staff members are very interactive with the customer which I like most. Overall the location and the room was extraordinary in terms of hygienic and friendly environment.
