Initial room allotted is unhygienic and full of roaches everywhere on bed and washroom we got the room changed but it has no key for the lock and reception people asked to deposit any important luggage you have to travel outside when in hotel. We checked out immediately as there is no proper service from them and not happy with behaviour. Agoda team when they tried to reach they couldn't get any update from hotel.
