The location was moderately convinient and the staff were somewhat helpful, but the overall experience was marred by poor cleanliness and inadequate facilities. Considering the value for money, the stay did not meet expectations, making it difficult to recommend this place for future visits.
Disappointing Family Stay

Our stay was very disappointing. We reserved a deluxe triple room for 2 adults and 2 children, but the room was not well kept and was dusty. The bathroom door couldn't be closed from the outside, so it stayed open the entire time, which was very inconvenient for our family. We also booked the stay with breakfast included, but for 4 people, we only got 2 dosas, 1 idly, and 1 vada, and there was no tea or coffee. The portion size and service were completely unsatisfactory. Overall, we were not happy with the stay or the hospitality.
