Disappointing Room Experience

The room looked amazing in the pictures but was different in reality. When we got there the owner was requesting us to upgrade but we stuck to what we had originally booked.The room was a bit cramped though and nothing like the picture s. The breakfast was also very basic (tea/ coffee with bread and butter) Nothing fancy.
Misleading Booking Experience

We had booked a houseboat based on the pictures shown at the time of reservation. However, upon arrival, neither the promised houseboat nor the category of rooms displayed in the listing was provided. Instead, we were allotted a substandard property of much lower quality.When we requested the accommodation as per the pictures shown on your platform, the operators shockingly demanded an additional 2,800 per room as an “upgrade” charge, which is completely unfair and amounts to misrepresentation.Such misleading practices directly affect customer trust. We strongly urge you to take corrective action and avoid promoting these houseboats through your platform, as it will otherwise damage Agoda’s reputation and customers may shift to other booking platforms for reliability.
