I recently stayed at Elite Homes and it turned out to be one of the best stays I've had in a long while. From the moment I arrived, the place felt warm and inviting, more like staying in a cozy home than a typical hotel. I want to share my full experience because many small details made this stay truly special. The building has a simple yet elegant design. The exterior is modern and tidy, and the whole property feels well planned, with nothing seeming random or cluttered. Even the entrance was welcoming right away. Moving around the hotel—whether to reception, dining, or rooms—was easy and smooth, with no confusing corners or tight spaces; everything flows nicely. What really stood out was the indoor lighting. Many hotels use harsh, bright white lights that feel cold, but here the lighting was soft and warm throughout rooms and common areas, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere, especially in the evenings when you want to unwind. In the room, the light was bright enough for reading but gentle enough to help me relax and sleep well, which I appreciated. The seating arrangements were another pleasant surprise. In dining and common areas, chairs were comfortable and tables spaced well, offering privacy while still feeling social and friendly. I saw families enjoying time together, and as a solo traveler, I had enough personal space without feeling cramped. Even the lobby seating was inviting, not just decorative. The service is where Elite Homes truly excels. The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with genuine smiles. From check-in, it was clear my comfort was their priority. Any request—extra towels, luggage help, small things—was handled smoothly without making me feel like I was asking too much. Room service was prompt, and housekeeping kept the room spotless daily. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and had all essentials like AC, hot water, and TV working properly. The bedding was fresh and comfortable, so I slept well every night. Overall, the room felt neat and hygienic, with nothing overlooked. Breakfast was simple but genuinely tasty, with a homely touch that felt like real home-cooked food rather than a typical hotel buffet. The variety was limited, but the quality more than made up for it. Overall, Elite Homes offers a peaceful, thoughtfully designed, and comfortable stay. With nice architecture, warm lighting, well-planned seating, and genuinely caring staff, this hotel stands out in the area. Whether traveling with family or alone, it's a great choice for a quiet residential location with good service and a homely feel. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, and I'm already looking forward to staying here again.

Pleasant stay with clean rooms. Suggestion - The linen could be more hygienic. Aniruddha is a helpful staff member. Stayed from 23rd to 24th July.

Top-notch homemade food and breakfast. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean, and well-kept. Pleasant neighborhood. Easy parking access. Staff are accommodating. Located in the CIDCO Area, about 8 km from Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Railway Station and 1.5 km from the airport. All daily essentials can be found within 15-20 minutes' reach.
