Hotel Oriental Aster

I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it.The experience started well with the airport pickup. The driver was waiting on time with my name on the board, and the ride to the hotel was smooth and comfortable. No delays or confusion, which was a huge relief after a long flight.Check-in was quick, and I was greeted with a refreshing welcome juice. It was a small touch, but it made me feel welcomed right away. The staff at the front desk were polite and explained everything clearly without making me wait.The room itself was quiet and clean, exactly what I needed for rest. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well, and there was no outside noise, so I slept really well both nights. Housekeeping kept the room tidy daily without disturbing me.Food provided by the hotel was good enough for both breakfast and dinner. There was a decent variety, and everything tasted fresh and well-cooked. Nothing fancy, but satisfying and consistent.Room service was also responsive. When I ordered water and snacks late in the evening, they arrived quickly and the staff were courteous.Overall, it was a hassle-free stay with good service at every step. From the timely airport pickup to the quiet rooms and decent food, the hotel delivered good value. I’d stay here again on my next trip to the city.

Very disappointed with the service provided by this hotel. I cancelled my booking more than 20 days in advance, but my refund has still not been processed. The staff was unhelpful and did not handle the situation professionally. Policies should be transparent and customer-friendly, especially when cancellation is done well before the stay date. I would not recommend this hotel due to their poor customer service and unfair refund handling.On top of that, there has been no proper response from the hotel staff. They neither reply properly nor receive calls, which is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Poor customer service and very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed at Oriental Aster Hotel and had a really nice experience ’?The rooms are quite spacious and well-maintained. The bathroom was also big and clean, which made it very comfortable to use. The bed was super comfortable ’ perfect for a good night’s sleep after a long day.Breakfast was included and it was really good ’ there were plenty of items available, and the variety made it even better.Overall, a great stay and good comfort. Would definitely recommend ’?

As a solo woman business travellers, I felt very comfortable staying in Oriental Aster. Staff were courteous and hospitable, breakfast was ready by 7.15 AM, food was tasty and room were clean.

I arrived at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport Terminal 2 on Dec 11, and the hotel arranged for a prompt and efficient pick-up to Hotel Aster. The driver, Sahil Bishnoi, was very professional, courteous, and even helped with my luggage. I checked out on Dec 14, and I'm still smiling thinking about the warm hospitality I received. All the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay truly unforgettable. The breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant was phenomenal - a feast for the senses! The chef at the hotel restaurant truly impressed me with the delicious dishes - every bite was amazing! I'd like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team for making my stay so special. I'll definitely be back! I'm looking forward to staying at Hotel Aster again, thank you for the wonderful hospitality."OLIVER S. BABATID
