Excellent stay! The room was clean, the service was great, and the staff was very polite and helpful. Everything was well managed. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay!
Even though the rooms are good , the service is really bad !! The hotel guys have charged 1000 Rs. for just 1 hr of delayed checkout. Never have I ever experienced this kind of a hotel staff behaviour- they did not budge despite multiple requests and me explaining them the reason for the delay nor did they agree to reduce the charges in any way. Never going to recommend this place to anyone as it’s a common practice to checkout a bit late by 30mins to 1hr since we would not know when we will finish darshan and exactly return back to the room. Failure from the hotel staff to understand such a basic thing and accommodate the guests is just really
