I booked this hotel through call by paying booking amount of 500. I needed to pay 1000 afterwards but at counter they asked for 1500 . So they should communicate earlier ( why price difference) . Room was very negative and dirty, i left that shitty place within 4 hours since i was not able to live in that shitty room.

Actually booking platform (fabhotel) and property need to communicate better here in terms of amenities provided. In my case I had breakfast included in my stay yet the receptionist denied it, I also upgraded my room, as I need large space. Hotel staff asked me to pay 1000/- inr particularly in cash.Although room was neat, staff was also good ’’??

It's a hotel near to belurmath. I have not stayed here to judge their services but their room rates seems to be on higher side considering their room size and locality. Room rents are not that high in this location.

The waste hotel I've stayed so far in my life .AC not working properly inside the AC water leakage issue whole night you can't sleep at the bed in this situation. I am inform the reception person to fix this problem but they didn't do anything. Please don't go at that hotel it's completely waste of money they charge like a 3 Star hotel but their facilities their service provide like a guest house. The room is not cleaned properly AC is dirty bathroom is dirty very bad experience.
