Show one type of room and give other room very disappointed

They mentioned the internet was unavailable because of construction on the adjacent building. I didn't understand or find this explanation reasonable. I was on a business trip and needed WiFi to work.

I checked in offline at this hotel on July 28, 2026. I had booked an AC room for ₹1,500 and was given a room. After a short stay, I found the air conditioner was not working. I went to the front desk to complain. After going back and forth 2 or 3 times, they gave me a second room, but the AC in that one was also not working. I complained again and was assigned a third room. About half an hour after settling in, a strong urine smell started coming from the room. I complained once more and asked for another room. They told me to wait. After two hours, they said the room was cleaned. When I returned, I saw they had only sprayed air freshener. Once the scent faded, the bad smell came back strongly. It feels like I am sleeping next to a public toilet. It is now 1:00 AM. Since I am new to this city, I feel unsafe and don't want to get into any conflict at night. Despite complaining three times, my problem remains unresolved. I can't sleep all night.

Jab hum aaye to lock badal diya tha, alag lock laga tha jo hamare key se nahi khulta tha. Jab humne poocha to bola safai ke liye tha. Jab dekha to saman jaisa gira tha, waise hi tha. Aur wo bol raha tha galti ho gayi, sir maaf karo. Agar paisa ya sona hota to zarur chori hoti na. Bilkul acha nahi hai bhai, asankon karta hoon (-100/10).
