Business • Aug 2026I checked in offline at this hotel on July 28, 2026. I had booked an AC room for ₹1,500 and was given a room. After a short stay, I found the air conditioner was not working. I went to the front desk to complain. After going back and forth 2 or 3 times, they gave me a second room, but the AC in that one was also not working. I complained again and was assigned a third room. About half an hour after settling in, a strong urine smell started coming from the room. I complained once more and asked for another room. They told me to wait. After two hours, they said the room was cleaned. When I returned, I saw they had only sprayed air freshener. Once the scent faded, the bad smell came back strongly. It feels like I am sleeping next to a public toilet. It is now 1:00 AM. Since I am new to this city, I feel unsafe and don't want to get into any conflict at night. Despite complaining three times, my problem remains unresolved. I can't sleep all night.
