FabHotel Wild Wings - Nr A.S. Rao Nagar Market, Secunderabad

I reserved this hotel via FabHotels' central reservation system. Before booking, I personally checked the property and the room but was unhappy with it. Still, after persistent calls and messages from the reservation team, I proceeded with the booking. Upon arrival, the owner or reception staff denied my confirmed reservation, refusing to provide the room despite my valid confirmation. Worse, my payment was not returned. I reached out to FabHotels customer service, but even with the confirmed booking, they couldn't fix the problem or get the hotel to honor it. This was very disappointing and left me stranded. The room itself was also very unsatisfactory, lacking windows and feeling more like a cramped prison cell than a hotel room. Overall, my experience was very poor due to the hotel's refusal to honor the booking, ineffective customer support, and no refund. I would caution other travelers before booking here.

Affordable for a single night's stay, but lacks service. The rooms do not match the pictures.

The rooms were nice, but the air conditioners were malfunctioning. Without a fan, it was hard to sleep. Despite several complaints, the AC was eventually fixed, but the service needs to get better. I checked many rooms and found only two with properly working AC units.
