Avoid booking by phone. They agree to everything during the call, but when you arrive, they refuse all and demand extra payment for everything. This is one of the worst hotels with terrible service.

I booked through the Fab Hotels website, and during the booking process, I was told about several amenities like good breakfast, live counters similar to a hotel, and the availability of luggage storage if I needed to store my bags temporarily. Based on all this, I made the reservation. However, upon check-in, none of these were available. When I asked the person in charge, he told me not to trust everything on the booking site since Fab Hotels is a third party. I was very disappointed. The only positive was the room service; everything else let me down.
