Poor service, faulty bathroom fixtures and unreliable AC

Dear Agoda Customer Support,I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my booking at Farm Green Resort, which I made through Agoda.The service and overall experience at the property have been extremely disappointing and unacceptable.I faced multiple issues during my stay:* I had to call 8–10 times just to get towels.* The jet spray of the Western toilet was not working.* The TV was not working properly.* Basic services were extremely slow despite repeated requests.* The staff response and overall service quality were very poor.* Even the breakfast experience was disappointing. In the name of breakfast, there were very limited options such as aloo paratha and poha, with no proper variety or alternative options for guests.For a property booked through Agoda, this level of service and hospitality is completely unacceptable. I paid for a comfortable and satisfactory stay, but instead I had to repeatedly follow up even for basic facilities.I request Agoda to take this complaint seriously, investigate the property, and provide an appropriate resolution/compensation for the inconvenience caused.Please do not treat this as routine feedback. I expect Agoda to take appropriate action against the property and provide me with a proper resolution.

In our room, the bathroom faucet kept running nonstop, the AC remote was not there, and there was no Wi-Fi access. Additionally, room service brought our food to the wrong room, and even after several reminders to the staff, we did not get our order. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience.

Solo Traveller • Sep 2026First things first, this hotel is not in the main temples/ city area. It's far away. Most of the time, only 1 or 2 rooms stay occupied. Nobody books it. And the food- it is too much costly and literally no taste. Feri wala's in orchha can give you food with better taste. We had to leave it as it was tasteless. Does not recommend at all.

Very disappointing stay. The housekeeping was poor, and the room was not maintained properly. Basic toiletries were not provided, which was quite inconvenient. There was also no room service available. Overall, the service and facilities did not meet even basic expectations.
