Good Ambience. Location is little away from Golden temple but close to airport. Breakfast buffet has good spread. Rooms are clean. Staff is helpful and prompt. Good response from Shuli, Chetan, Kajal and Gurveer. Overall good experience.

Staff service is good and cleanliness is very good. And food quality is very good.

I . Clean facility with good amenities;2. Room service and In-Dining experience need lots to improve. Tea in room service was colder than any cold drink. Breakfast tough tasty - the service could improve 3. Had to ask thrice to get face and hand towels. These should have been stacked before arrival of the guests Overall satisfactory experience..

Had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Initially i was skeptical after reading a few negative reviews but the hotel turned out to be an amazing experience. Special mention to Chéf Aman for exceptional food quality and the variety offered. One should definitely try biscuits made by her , you won’t find such biscuits anywhere else. Overall a great experience at the hotel. Highly recommended.

Not exaggerating, worst hotel experience.Maybe these 4 instances would save someone's money:1) Hotel faces a sewer hence it smells TERRIBLE outside the hotel. Not to mention the view from your hotel window is a sewer.2) At 1:40pm, I asked for early check-in (20mins), I was told not possible. Alright. The result was an actually STINKING room, & the staff's solution was to provide me room freshener thrice.I went to reception & asked for another room. I was given a downgraded room such that the cupboard didn't even have a door.On rightfully asking for partial refund, staff told me to contact the platform from which I booked.It happened to be the ITC website. Staff told me to call the toll free no. on website, & when I said I'll talk to them right in front of the staff person, he suddenly became active & THEN I got another room of my previous room's category.The new room was cleaned & this all took 1hr from the 2pm check-in.3) The room had 3 guests. For the 3rd guest I asked for 1 more: water bottle, towel, slippers & blanket.I received these after 50mins, & all it took were 2 calls to housekeeping & a visit to reception. In the same duration I had ordered biryani & finished eating it.4) When it came time to sleep, I discovered that the sofa cum bed was broken (as a bed).I had to pay another visit to the reception & then got another bed.I had booked the hotel to relax, but felt like I had come to a public sector bank.The staff that I interacted with were all polite.Overall, I won't recommend the hotel to anyone.
