Golden Sarovar Portico Amritsar - A Sarovar Hotel

I had a great stay at sarovar portico hotel amritsar with my family, we stayed for 2 nights. Good breakfast buffet and prime location was the highlight. Room service by Suraj and Rohit were spot on, they were so helpful and kind. Thankyou for the pleasant stay

My husband and I stayed for two nights and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel staff were polite, and the room was decently clean and comfortable.A special mention goes to our server at the hotel restaurant, Gurjinder, who truly went above and beyond. He was incredibly attentive and made sure all of our food met our dietary needs. He checked in with us regularly to ensure we were enjoying both the meals and our stay. His excellent service really stood out and made our experience even more memorable.

Disappointing Stay at Sarovar Portico, AmritsarOur recent stay at Sarovar Portico, Amritsar was quite underwhelming, especially considering the brand’s usual reputation. We were a group of four, and unfortunately, several aspects of our experience left us dissatisfied.The biggest disappointment was the food quality.The spread was limited, poor taste. Even the basics lacked flavor and freshness ’ something you wouldn’t expect from a reputed hotel chain.The room linen and amenities were also below standard. The bedsheets and towels looked with visible stains and rough texture, giving a sense of poor upkeep. For the price we paid, this was quite disappointing.The overall service experience was average at best. While staff members were polite, there was a noticeable lack of attention to detail, and requests took unusually long to be addressed.Overall, our stay was just average, and it didn’t live up to the expectations of a comfortable and pleasant hotel experience. Sarovar Portico Amritsar really needs to work on improving food quality, hygiene, and service efficiency.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. I loved the little touches’fresh linens, great amenities, and stunning views. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be staying here again on my next visit!
