Hotel Mid Town, Amritsar is one of the most unprofessional hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff has absolutely no manners, no training, and no sense of how to speak to guests, especially female guests. The way the staff communicates is rude, arrogant, and completely unacceptable.Basic hospitality is missing. Requests were ignored, issues were handled with attitude, and there was zero accountability from management. Such behavior is not only unprofessional but also makes guests feel uncomfortable and unsafe.This hotel does not deserve to be in the hospitality business. I strongly warn travelers’especially families and women’to avoid this hotel. A shameful experience overall

Enjoyed my 3 nights stay with family at Hotel Midtown. Mr Akshay and other staff members were responsive and provided timely service. Food is good too.
