Very clean Room, Very near to Gurudwara. Best location.Staff behaviour is very good specially front desk executive Prasanna. Warm welcome.

Absolutely good experience. The room was neat and bathroom was clean. Along with it, the restaurant food was also good. A good place to stay under budget.

Lot of improvement needed to be a good hotel. Customer service is pathetic, not worth the price paid. Lack of hot water due to a repair in water heater and unable to arrange alternative shows how pathetic their services are. At temperatures close to 8 degree it's impossible to manage. Had to ask 100 times to provide drinking water, bath towels and house keeping services. They are definitely friendly, but lazy I would say.

This hotel has been my best experience so far.The staff is very nice. They are talking to us in a very nice manner.Till now I have only got the feeling of being in a five star hotel.I like the room hereStaff, location And I have had the best food in Amritsar so far here.If anyone is booking this hotel then please do eat the food here also.

What to say ...this is one of the most worst property where i have stayed.1.)Checked in to room, smelly room it was like its a smoking room then i had to call twice to house keeping departement to please spray room freshner,2.)Couch was broken.3.) No toilerties in the room even there was no paper roll, No Brushing kit.4.)The most shocking thing was their was no Towel nor Hand towel and not even a Bathing towel, i think even 1 star cateogry hotel provides this basic facility.When asked twice or thrice they said you will be getting it in the morning around 7:00 am, i was shocked, and they provided it around 9:00 am5.) Kettle stand was provided but no kettle, i had to ask for it.6.)Refrigerator was not working.I had to ask for replacement.7.)The most disasterious thing the room was booked only because of the lift service as my mother is a knee patient, but liftalso stopped working and no repair was done till 10:30 am next day.8.)Hotel is providing so called breakfast service but the hotel team and restaturant team have zero co-ordination so poor.9.)Only plus point property is located in centre but please find better option at this price.Its so expensive.
