The staff was nice, especially Ms. Sapna at the front desk who was very friendly. The service was a bit slow. There was a leak on the washroom floor. Overall, it was good.

I had a very disappointing stay here for 10 days. Despite asking several times, housekeeping did not clean my room consistently. Food orders took as long as 2 hours to arrive, and I had to repeatedly request water and cutlery. In general, the service was quite poor and lacked professionalism.

A pleasant hotel located close to the Golden Temple. The rooms are quite nice considering the price, and there is parking for four-wheelers on site. The restaurant serves excellent food with authentic Punjabi flavors, even better than kesar ka dhaba. Local transportation is readily accessible outside the hotel for trips to the Golden Temple and nearby markets. Service can be slow since we had to ask for water and room cleaning, but the staff were generally helpful, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Extremely disappointing stay. The room service was very lacking; I had to call four times just to get a bottle of water. There was no help with luggage, and guests are expected to carry their own bags, which is not acceptable for a hotel. The receptionist, Mr. Tahir, was unprofessional and unhelpful, ignoring guest concerns and making no effort to fix problems. Overall, the service was well below what I expected. I wouldn't suggest this hotel unless they make major improvements in customer service and staff behavior.
