We stayed here for 2 days. Unfortunately, our experience with the room was disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, there were several cockroaches, and the blanket was also quite dirty. These issues made our stay uncomfortable and the room hygiene definitely needs improvement.On the positive side, the staff was very polite, helpful, and cooperative throughout our stay.Overall, the staff service was good, but the cleanliness and hygiene of the room need significant improvement. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously for future guests.

Couple • Sep 2026This was one of the most disappointing and terrible hotel stays I've ever had. The room was very unhygienic and poorly kept. The bedsheets were dirty, stained, and covered with hair. The room smelled bad and was infested with insects, cockroaches, and flies. The walls were damp, the lighting was poor, and the AC didn't work well. The bathroom was also awful—smelly, with water flowing only partially and several taps broken. Even the door lock was faulty. The property is old and damaged, and its condition was unacceptable. Basic cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, and proper facilities should be standard for any hotel. We booked four rooms for two nights but left after just one night due to this awful experience, arriving tired after a long trip from Himachal Pradesh. Despite informing the staff about the cleanliness issues, they insisted we had to adjust, which we were unwilling to do. The hotel is clearly substandard. I do not recommend this place; there are many better hotels near the Golden Temple.
