The service was very bad, the room was filthy, and the bathroom was also in a very unsanitary state. The worst thing is that they don't even offer complimentary water bottles to guests in the room.

Disappointing Stay Experience

Extremely disappointing service and room quality. There was a sewage odor coming from the room. I booked the room after reading the reviews, but it was not worth it. We checked in at 1 pm and returned after our trip at 11:30 pm to find the room smelling very bad. I couldn't sleep. As for the staff service, it's hard to even comment.
