False fire alarm baj gya early morning ,poora hotel disturb ho gya ,no one is responsible there ,i paid 12 k for 1 night and it was total waste of money
There was no welcome drink, no one came to pick up our luggage, nobody bothers about the guests overall. Seating space for meals is very limited such that people had to stand for 30-40 mins for breakfast to occupy a table
This property is marketed as a five-star hotel, but in our experience it delivered more of a three- to four-star experience.The rooms themselves were decent and comfortable; however, cleanliness standards were not up to expectations. We encountered stained bedsheets and towels, which is disappointing for a property positioning itself in the luxury segment.The biggest letdown was the breakfast experience. A simple cold coffee had to be ordered three times, and each version tasted completely different—none of them particularly good. The fruit juices were heavily diluted, and the sprouts appeared old and had an unpleasant smell. Despite having prepaid breakfast included in our stay, we often chose to purchase breakfast elsewhere rather than eat at the hotel.The service at breakfast also left much to be desired. The staff came across as cold and indifferent, and we did not experience the level of hospitality one would expect from a five-star establishment.Overall, the property is average. While the rooms were acceptable, the cleanliness issues, disappointing food quality, and lackluster service significantly impacted our stay.
