I had a wonderful experience at the Taj Hotel. The hospitality was exceptional, the rooms were elegant and comfortable, and the overall ambiance was truly luxurious. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, making our stay memorable and enjoyable.A special mention to Soumili, Sparsh, and Jyotshna for their outstanding service, professionalism, and warm hospitality. Overall, our stay had both positive and disappointing aspects.The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a valley-view room. The room itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and offered lovely views, which certainly enhanced our stay.However, the dinner experience was quite disappointing. The buffet/menu options were very limited, and the service left a lot to be desired. The staff appeared unsure about basic guest requests and lacked attentiveness throughout the meal. At one point, our room key was accidentally taken away while the table was being cleared, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. It was also difficult to place orders, as staff members seemed focused on serving other guests and were not responsive when assistance was needed.The checkout experience was similarly frustrating. Despite requesting a delayed checkout in advance, we received multiple calls asking about our departure time. To make matters worse, another call came just three minutes before the agreed checkout time asking us to vacate the room, which felt unnecessary and somewhat intrusive.While the room quality and check-in experience were excellent, the service during dining and checkout did not meet the expectations set by the rest of the stay.

We celebrated my wife’s birthday at Taj Mussoorie Foothills, and it was an unforgettable experience! The property is gorgeous, nestled in the peaceful hills with stunning views. The Taj team truly went above and beyond to make her day feel special with thoughtful touches and impeccable hospitality. The rooms were luxurious, the food was absolutely delicious, and the entire atmosphere was perfect for a celebration. Thank you to the incredible staff for making her birthday trip so memorable. We will definitely be back!

The hospitality here is truly standard-setting, starting right from arrival with Mr. Zubair (Front Desk Manager) and Manav, who ensured a seamless, warm, and welcoming check-in.’The property itself is breathtaking, featuring amazing, huge, and deeply luxurious rooms that feel like a private sanctuary. The amenities are spectacular’we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful poolside, unwinding at the serene spa, and spending time in the excellent games area, which features a fantastic snooker table.’The dining experience is where this property completely steals the show. The breakfast ambiance is incredibly peaceful, beautifully elevated by lovely live flute playing. Beyond the setting, what deeply impressed us was the hotel’s commitment to social responsibility, actively hiring and empowering several individuals with hearing and speech impairments. Interacting with team members like Ms. Savan highlights a wonderful, inclusive culture that the Taj group should be incredibly proud of.’The entire culinary and restaurant management team’led by Deepak and Ms. Alolika alongside Chef Dinesh’creates magic. The baking and pastry department is exceptionally world-class: Pastry Chef Kanchan’s croissants are quite amazing and crafted in a flawless, authentic Swiss style, while Chef Suraj went above and beyond with excellent, customized sugar-free desserts. A massive, standout highlight was the absolutely incredible Mississippi MudPie by Pastry Chef Arpan’it is easily the most amazing version we've ever had! Combined with perfect brews from barista Ms. Meghna and the fantastic, attentive service from Utkarsh, Nikita, and Pramod, every single meal was memorable.’A very special thank you to Ms. Mansi in the restaurant. She was an absolute gem, going completely out of her way to take care of every little dietary requirement. Her ability to keep note of the smallest details and ensure everything was customized to absolute perfection made us feel incredibly looked after.
