Looks good from the outside and rooms are also good but the service is very poor. 1. Room cleanliness needs significant review. 2. Food quality is average. 3. Wifi speed is bit low and patchy.4. Staff didn't even bothered to drop luggage to the room, no information on breakfast timings and wifi password. Had to call and ask.5. Phone was not working and had to be replaced. Eventually the line became dead for the entire hotel.6. Did not placed dental kit and toileteries in the room. Had to go to reception to get those.7. Reception staff was not very welcoming specially the one in night shift.8. Just provided one water bottle and then charged for other bottles.9. Didn't provided basic stuff such as toilet roll even after a couple of reminders (may be didn't had in stock)10. Toilet flush assembly came out of the wall on the very first use.11. There were cockroaches all around.
Room was good but service was pathetic. They did not put towel, hand wash / soap, tea/coffee/dairy creamer/suger pouches, complimentary water bottles etc in the room. When asked it was take around 2 hrs. and that too after multiple phones (5-6 times) to front desk. Overall it was a pathetic experience to stay here. I will not book this hotel again because of poor services only.
