I stayed at Hotel Onix on April 20-21, and it was a disaster. The room had no towels or toilet paper, and the shower was in poor condition.The service was the worst part—the reception never picks up the phone, and it took 4 hours just to get a bottle of drinking water and a full day to bring me the towel. While they couldn't provide basic service, they kept calling me repeatedly while I was out at night, which was very unprofessional.From food issues to a complete lack of hospitality, this place is not worth the money. Avoid at all costs.
It's budget friendly hotel with good location,Easy connectivity for all area
Had to change the room for 3 times but still the room was not satisfactory. Ice was comming out from the ac and the washroom flush was not working properly in all the three rooms. It was the worst experience
