Goodland Falling Waters

Resort is located at very peaceful and nature friendly location with a beautiful waterfall. Staffs are cooperative, friendly. Food is very good. You get good indoor play options like carrom chess and table tennis. There is a badminton court located in the middle of the property. Overall a very good stay and experience.

1. *Payment process*: Requesting the full balance before check-in felt unnecessary and a bit rude. Since guests are already present to stay, balance payment could be collected during check-out instead.2. *Food quality*: The food was very average. Pulao was made with Kerala rice instead of Basmati, and the gravy tasted poor. The paneer was hard and not cooked well.3. *Driver accommodation*: No basic room or blanket was provided for drivers. At minimum, providing a heavy blanket for cold weather is basic courtesy and should be considered.4.natural pool was so dirty not maintained properly5. Zero hospitality welcoming guest

We visited as a group and had a very comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the private waterfall-side rooms ’ such a unique and memorable experience! Naturally, being close to nature means spotting a few species around, but that only added to the charm.The restrooms with hot water were a big plus, since that’s usually a common issue elsewhere. Breakfast was tasty, and even dinner was arranged on request, which we appreciated. However, the chicken curry was below average and the chapathi felt half-cooked. Adding more variety to the food menu would make the stay even better.Overall, it was a wonderful experience with great hospitality, and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a refreshing getaway.

We went with a group of family and friends on a 2 night stay at the property. The Resort Managers Mr. Kiran and Sankar plus the other staffs were very polite and made our trip a memorable one, though the climate was raining an alternate arrangement was made upon request for our gathering. The stay was very close to nature. Also the mankulam Jeep Safari recommendation was the highlight of the trip. Food vegetarian option was delicious and non veg needs some improvement, feedback was well taken and addressed the next day. Recommended stay during the Munnar Mankulam stay.

This hotel is truly something special. It’s surrounded by beautiful waterfalls and lush forest, so you literally feel like you’re living in the heart of nature. The atmosphere is peaceful, refreshing, and unlike anything we’ve experienced before.The hotel itself was amazing ’ we had such a great time. The hospitality was outstanding, and every staff member made us feel welcome. The food was delicious as well, with plenty of options to enjoy.If you’re looking for a place to relax, reconnect with nature, and enjoy excellent service, this is the perfect getaway. Highly recommend!
