Gopalas Residency Bhumi World Bhiwandi

We often visit Gopalas with groups of over 30 people and frequently order takeout. Their regular dishes have usually been good, which made our buffet experiences particularly let down. On 30/08/2025, our buffet bill came to ₹27,466. The AC was malfunctioning, the rotis and naans were cold, and overall the food quality was about 5 out of 10. Despite this, we gave them another chance on 17/09/2026. We spoke with the staff and chef around noon about the menu for a 2 PM lunch and were promised the earlier problems would be addressed. The bill was ₹35,004, but again the experience was disappointing. Most vegetables were served cold, many dishes lacked salt or spice, and the overall food quality and variety were below expectations. Only the fruit custard was notably good. For regular meals, our experience has been much better. However, for large group buffets, parties, or weddings, I strongly advise tasting the food in advance and personally verifying the quality instead of relying solely on staff promises. Very disappointing, especially given the amount spent and our previous relationship with the restaurant.

Worst hotel. *** GM of Gopalas Residency is very worst person and speaks very False.I have booked the hotel through Agoda with two deluxe room. By mistakenly I have made the guest person check in with two. But we were 4. I was staying with Gopalas from sep 16 to sep 17 2026 with 5 occupancy (2 rooms). I further extended the booking with from Agoda for sep 18 to sep 19. But there was a typo error with guest 2 instead of Guest of 4. On repeated calls to hotel - with manager by me and also from Agoda *** he did not cancel the booking and *** forcibly made us to pay *** extra for two adults. It was night 11 pm the reception guy asked to pay money and then only enter the room. Gopalas residency is not a customer friendly especially booked through online sites like Agoda. I would strongly recommend not to visit the hotel. I would also request Gopalas Management to look into the concern and be customer friendly.Worst person *** and his team.

Everything is fine

Regarding the restaurant, the conduct of the new staff was quite disappointing. The previous staff handled customers with much more care. I ordered Singapore noodles and a fruit punch. The fruit punch was overly sweet. When I requested a replacement, they refused, claiming the sweetness was because of strawberry and vanilla.
