I give honest review. This type fraud service did not get in my lifetime. The picture room shown in website and reality is totally different. I share video also this Hotel did not look to 1 star

Bad room, bad smell, bad amenities, no landline in room, highly overpriced, rude behaviour of receptionist, mattress were hard as rock, blanket covers were dirty....Can't say enough of the night spend having too many difficulties but sometimes when there is no option you a stay at this place.

Reception behaviour was not good at all. The staff at the front desk were rude, unprofessional, and not helpful. Instead of assisting guests, they spoke harshly and showed no courtesy.Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. It needs major improvements in reception behaviour, cleanliness, customer service, and basic management... I request the owner to please take necessary action against the reception desk staff on the day shift, as their behaviour was very unprofessional and unpleasant.
