Gupta Residency

I stayed for 3 days here .The reception guy was a Gem . Very professional . Polite . He quickly understood what kind of requirement we had while finalizing the room and I finalized it on my 3rd attempt . He had immense patience . The Rooms were very spacious. Clean . Good thing is medicnes were available 24hours . Which was a blessing . Lot of restaurants near by for breakfast ,lunch and dinner. There is basement parking . This Hotel is around 1.5 km from R K Beach . I had a pleasant stay at Gupta Inn .

If there were an option to give zero stars, I would give it without a second thought. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The staff behavior was extremely rude and uncooperative. The room condition was so poor that staying with family became difficult. Basic facilities were not up to the mark and there was no standard of cleanliness. Customers are not valued at all. The entire experience was irritating and disappointing. There is no question of staying at this hotel again.Sirf location achhi hone se kaafi nahi hota, facilities ka achha hona bhi zaroori hai.

"I had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel recently and the staff's behavior was absolutely terrible. They were rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely disinterested in providing any kind of customer service.
